Multi-stage distillation and multi-stage liquefaction are suitable for low-concentration CO₂ feedstocks, while the novel catalytic oxidation dehydrocarbonization purification technology (dehydrocarbonization purification) is the most effective method for producing food-grade CO₂ from hydrocarbon-containing CO₂ streams. Through the optimization and improvement of this process flow and key equipment, the patented unit offers advantages such as low investment costs, a small footprint, and thorough purification. It ensures consistent compliance with or exceeding the “High-Purity Carbon Dioxide” standard (GB/T 23938-2021), while the vented tail gas emissions meet the “Petrochemical Industry Pollutant Emission Standard” (GB 31571-2015). Concurrently, our company is engaged in the design and construction of dry ice production facilities and has developed a new low-energy-consumption technology for the recovery of dry ice off-gas, significantly reducing dry ice production costs while enhancing the profitability and market competitiveness of dry ice manufacturers. Furthermore, we have developed multiple new technologies related to carbon neutrality, including comprehensive utilization of carbon dioxide and downstream products (such as hydrogenation of carbon dioxide to produce new energy sources).
Food-grade carbon dioxide produced using our patents, proprietary technologies, and proprietary catalysts meets the standards of the International Society of Beverage Technology (ISBT), the national standard (GB 1886.228-2016), and the specifications of “Coca-Cola” and “PepsiCo,” as well as the high-purity carbon dioxide standard (GB/T 23938-2021). with CO₂ purity reaching 99.995% or higher, and even 99.9999% (electronics grade). Many of our customers have been designated as qualified suppliers by beverage and beer companies such as “Coca-Cola” and “PepsiCo.”
Our company operates more than 300 units designed to produce various grades of standard carbon dioxide from different feed gases. We possess extensive experience in engineering design, equipment manufacturing, and installation and commissioning. Many of our units have been exported to countries and regions including the United States, Russia, Vietnam, India, Indonesia, Tajikistan, Guinea, Cameroon, and Sierra Leone. The largest single CO₂ unit has reached a capacity of 600,000 metric tons per year. We have also successfully developed skid-mounted units for producing 50–1,000 kg/h of electronic-grade ultra-high-purity CO₂, as well as a new process for CO₂ capture via oxygen-enriched combustion and associated compression and purification units. This new process utilizes alcohol tail gas to truly meet food-grade quality standards. The pilot-scale facility for the next-generation chemical absorption CO₂ capture and purification technology, jointly developed by our company and Zhejiang University, has completed multiple experimental runs. The data obtained has laid the foundation for the technical assurance of the 500,000-ton CO₂ capture industrialization project by the State Energy Group—the first such project in China under the Ministry of Science and Technology’s R&D program. This technology is suitable for low-concentration CO₂ gas capture and purification in CCUS and CCS applications across coal-fired power plants, gas combustion, steel, and cement industries, such as exhaust gases emitted from power plant boilers, steel smelting (blast furnace gas tail gas), lime kilns, and cement plants. To support and advance the nation’s goals of carbon peaking and carbon neutrality, the company has established the “Zhejiang University of Technology Carbon Neutrality Technology Training Center” in collaboration with Zhejiang University of Technology. The center provides multiple pilot-scale carbon neutrality technology facilities and serves as the sole partner for Zhejiang University of Technology’s carbon neutrality technology training and service market, aiming to contribute to the cultivation of talent and technological advancement in carbon neutrality across the country. Additionally, the company has constructed a new chemical absorption carbon capture facility for Southeast University, which is currently the largest pilot-scale facility in China.
