In recent years, our company’s carbon dioxide recovery and production technology has gained increasing recognition and support from users within the industry. Since the beginning of the year, we have successfully secured several carbon dioxide recovery and environmental protection projects.
1. Yiyuan Yisheng Chemical Co., Ltd.’s 150kt/a food-grade carbon dioxide project. Shandong Yiyuan Yisheng Chemical Co., Ltd. is a company that recycles and processes industrial CO₂ tail gas to produce liquid CO₂. Currently, it operates four liquid CO₂ production units with an annual output of 200,000 tons, making it the largest liquid CO₂ producer in Shandong Province. The design work for the new CO₂ production unit has been completed, and it is currently in the installation phase, with production scheduled to commence in May.
2. Taixing Runhua Gas Resource Development and Utilization Co., Ltd.’s 120kt/a liquid carbon dioxide project. Runhua is a cutting-edge enterprise with significant scale advantages and a high degree of intensification, specializing in the scientific development, utilization, and technology transfer of carbon dioxide gas and geothermal resources. The project is currently entering the intensive preliminary design phase.
3. Shanxi Huaxin Fertilizer Co., Ltd.’s annual 50,000-ton liquid carbon dioxide project. Huaxin Fertilizer is a subsidiary controlled by its parent company, Shanxi Huaxin Coal Coking Industrial Group Co., Ltd. With a total investment of 1.7 billion yuan, the company is constructing the “18-60” project, which utilizes coke oven gas to produce 180,000 tons of synthetic ammonia and 600,000 tons of nitro-compound fertilizer annually. This project has been designated as a key engineering project in Shanxi Province. It is currently in the intensive design phase and is scheduled to commence operations by the end of August.
4. The next-generation chemical absorption, capture, and purification technology for carbon dioxide, jointly developed by our company and the Institute of Thermal Energy at Zhejiang University, has secured contracts for multiple skid-mounted units overseas. The unit for the Cameroon project is currently in the assembly and commissioning phase and is scheduled to be shipped next month. Projects in the Philippines and other countries are currently in the process design and equipment manufacturing stages.
5. Our company’s newly developed catalytic oxidation process technology is widely used for environmental compliance treatment in the chemical industry. We are currently in the process design and equipment manufacturing stages for this technology, and numerous enterprises have already engaged in negotiations and signed cooperation agreements with us.
