Yima Luchuan Environmental Protection Co., Ltd. produces industrial-grade carbon dioxide by utilizing the low-temperature methanol wash tail gas from the upstream Kaixiang Chemical plant.

    The project had previously adopted a process package from another company in the industry; however, due to substandard product quality, the original designer made repeated modifications but failed to meet the design requirements. In June of this year, to meet the expected quality standards, the company commissioned our firm to conduct an on-site survey, analyze issues with the existing process and equipment, and discuss potential solutions. Following these discussions, the company ultimately adopted our proposed corrective measures and entrusted us with the optimization and redesign of the facility, as well as the supply of a complete set of proprietary equipment. The technical upgrade equipment has now been completed, and the upgraded facility is expected to commence operations in early October.
