Cangzhou Lingang Renguo Chemical Co., Ltd. is a diversified, modern enterprise integrating R&D, production, sales, and downstream product development. Its main products include high-purity food-grade liquid carbon dioxide and dry ice. With an annual production capacity of 150,000 metric tons in Phase I and 300,000 metric tons in Phase II, the company is one of the largest suppliers of carbon dioxide in North China.

The project previously utilized a process package from another company; however, despite multiple adjustments by the original supplier, it failed to meet production volume and quality requirements. To optimize product quality and increase output, the company commissioned us to conduct an on-site survey and analyze the issues with the existing process and equipment. Following on-site discussions and operational adjustments, production volume improved. Ultimately, the company decided to adopt the technical improvement plan proposed by us, entrusting us with the optimization and redesign of the facility, as well as the turnkey supply of patented equipment and proprietary catalysts.
