The Eshan Fertilizer Plant is one of the earliest enterprises in China to produce food-grade carbon dioxide. The plant originally used adsorption technology from a domestic company to produce food-grade carbon dioxide; however, with the introduction and implementation of the new national standard (GB 10621-2006), it became difficult for the plant’s carbon dioxide products to meet the standard. Consequently, the plant made the decisive decision to replace its original production process and equipment with new processes and technologies.

  Our company’s internationally certified food-grade carbon dioxide production technology features advanced processes, low capital investment, and consistent product quality. In terms of process technology, we employ the advanced JTL-I process for precise desulfurization, ensuring the complete removal of hard-to-remove sulfides such as organic sulfur and guaranteeing that the product’s total sulfur content remains below regulatory limits; We utilize patented catalytic oxidation and proprietary technology to purify organic impurities, effectively removing toxic and harmful substances such as hydrocarbons, benzene, aldehydes, and alcohols; this ensures that the quality indicators of food-grade carbon dioxide remain under effective control at all times. Due to the originality and advanced nature of the food-grade carbon dioxide production technology developed by our company in accordance with international quality standards, this technology has been granted multiple national invention patents, received the 2006 Hangzhou Science and Technology Progress Award, and secured grant funding from the National Innovation Fund.

  Following market research and an on-site inspection of our company’s food-grade carbon dioxide demonstration facility, Eshan Fertilizer Plant has decided to enter into a comprehensive partnership with our company.
