——Shandong Hongda Biotechnology Co., Ltd.’s 60kt/a Food-Grade CO₂ Plant Completed and Put into Operation

  At the end of October this year, the 60kt/a food-grade CO₂ plant at Shandong Hongda Biotechnology Co., Ltd.—a large-scale facility designed and constructed by our company to international quality standards for the domestic ethanol production industry—was successfully completed and put into operation. The plant achieved a successful first start-up, with all performance indicators meeting design requirements. Due to technical limitations, the alcohol plant previously discharged fermentation gas directly into the atmosphere, which not only caused environmental pollution but also wasted a valuable CO₂ resource. By adopting our company’s domestically leading, internationally certified food-grade CO₂ production technology and patented equipment, the plant has reduced CO₂ emissions while increasing corporate profitability.
