In October 2009, the 19th General Assembly of Members and the 2009 Annual Meeting of the China Industrial Gases Association were successfully held in Xi'an. Nearly 300 member representatives from across the country gathered to engage in further discussions and hear reports on the Association’s previous work, future priorities, the current state of the industry, and development trends.

  At the conference, Mr. Shen Jianchong, General Manager of Hangzhou Kuai Kai Company, delivered a special report titled “Carbon Dioxide Statistics and Analysis, and Related Policies and Laws and Regulations” on behalf of the Carbon Dioxide Professional Committee. After hearing the report, the attending delegates gained a clear understanding of key issues, including the selection of carbon dioxide production technologies and processes, standardizing licensing procedures, and preventing unregulated regional development.
