Currently, the company has established an annual production capacity of 150,000 metric tons of synthetic ammonia, 100,000 metric tons of urea, 120,000 metric tons of ammonium bicarbonate, 10,000 metric tons of methanol, and 10,000 metric tons of food-grade carbon dioxide meeting international quality standards, establishing itself as a leading fertilizer manufacturer in Yunnan Province’s chemical industry.

  Kunming Shennong Huifeng Fertilizer Co., Ltd. produces food-grade carbon dioxide meeting international quality standards, primarily supplying high-end clients such as Coca-Cola and PepsiCo throughout the province and neighboring regions. With the continuous growth in market demand for food-grade carbon dioxide meeting international quality standards and the expanding demand from high-end clients such as Coca-Cola and PepsiCo, the company’s existing production capacity for food-grade carbon dioxide could no longer meet market needs. Consequently, in 2012, Kunming Shennong decided to construct a new production facility with an annual capacity of 15,000 metric tons of food-grade carbon dioxide meeting international quality standards. Building on the success of the first unit, Kunming Shennong continued to adopt the new technology for producing international-standard food-grade carbon dioxide developed by our company, along with our patented equipment, specialized catalysts, and desulfurization agents. Our company determined the design plan based on the composition of the company’s carbon dioxide feed gas and carried out the engineering design, supply, and commissioning.

  After more than a month of installation, the unit began feedstock operation on March 20, 2013. Through the joint efforts and cooperation of Kunming Shennong’s technical staff and our company’s technical service personnel, the unit was successfully commissioned on the first attempt, producing food-grade carbon dioxide products that comply with international standards such as the International Soft Drink Technology Association (ISBT) standards, the Food Additive Liquid Carbon Dioxide Standard (GB 10621-2006), as well as the standards of Coca-Cola and PepsiCo.
