Located in Tianjin Binhai New Area, Tianjin Lianbo Chemical Co., Ltd. was formerly a subsidiary of Sinopec Tianjin Branch. The company primarily produces chemical products such as food-grade carbon dioxide, dry ice, standard gases, high-purity gases, and high-purity isobutane, and is a specialized enterprise integrating production, research and development, and sales. As the carbon dioxide produced by Lianbo Chemical’s existing 10,000-ton-scale facility was unable to consistently meet high-quality food-grade standards, the company’s leadership decided in 2012 to commission our company to carry out a technical upgrade. This involved optimizing the production process using our proprietary catalytic oxidation dehydrocarbonization patent technology and equipment.

  The catalytic oxidation dehydrocarbonization unit was successfully commissioned in October 2012 and has been operating normally. with all energy consumption and product quality indicators exceeding the standards set by the International Society of Beverage Technology (ISBT), the national standard for “Food Additives—Liquid Carbon Dioxide” (GB 10621-2006), as well as the standards of “Coca-Cola” and “PepsiCo.” The purity of the product meets the grade for high-purity carbon dioxide.
