2014 marked the beginning of the collaboration between the Messer Group and our company in the field of carbon dioxide. The Messer Group’s first carbon dioxide plant in China—the 100kt/a food-grade carbon dioxide facility at Sichuan Meifeng Messer Gas Products Co., Ltd.—was successfully commissioned at the end of 2014. Our company was responsible for the engineering design, equipment supply, and guidance on installation and commissioning of this facility. This project laid the foundation for further cooperation between the two parties.

  In early 2015, our company successfully secured the contract for a 150kt/a food-grade CO₂ recovery unit at Messer Gas Products (Nanjing) Co., Ltd. Messer Gas Products (Nanjing) Co., Ltd. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Messer. This project utilizes the exhaust gas from the low-temperature methanol stripping process of coal gasification synthesis gas to construct a new 150kt/a food-grade carbon dioxide plant. Our company is responsible for the engineering design, equipment supply, and technical services, with production scheduled to commence in the second half of 2015.

  Currently, the project has passed the preliminary design review, and our company is accelerating implementation in accordance with the schedule.
